I bought mine at Joann Fabrics for $10.99 plus tax, and I could have saved several dollars plus the gas it took to drive to Joann if the description on Amazon had been less vague. This is a punchneedle tool, which is exactly what I was looking for. It also allows adjustment of the depth of the punches, and it's very sturdy and easy to use. I use it to make miniature "hooked" rugs for dollhouses for which it's perfect.
